You are my friends if you do what I command you. No longer do I call you servants for the servant does not know what his master is doing; but I have called you friends, for all that I have heard from my Father I have made known to you. St. John 15:14 and 15

Faith and Action is an effort to reintroduce the Word of God into the public debate surrounding legislation and policy matters. Its mission field spans Pennsylvania Avenue, from the White House to the U.S. Capitol and the U.S. Supreme Court. Through news conferences, symposia, panel discussions, literature distribution, the Internet, and face-to-face conversations with key Washington leaders, "Faith and Action" gently confronts these critical public policy makers with the powerful claims of the Gospel, as well as reminders of the prominent role that the Word of God played in the creation of our nation and its laws.

Founded Fr. Frank Pavone and serving from the heart of the Church, "Priests for Life" is a movement of priests seeking to help the rest of the Church to use her full strength against the most devastating attacks on human life in our day. Priests for Life embraces the consistent ethic of life as it is explained in the Roman Catholic Bishop's Pastoral Plan for Pro-Life Activities: A Reaffirmation (1985).
